Throughout this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "fix4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the fix4d platform, operated at https://fix4d.club.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fix4d platform in any capacity.
• "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a living individual, directly or in combination with other data held by fix4d.
• "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, and deletion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification — the process by which fix4d verifies a Player's identity using government-issued documentation before approving withdrawals.
• "Cookie" means a small text file placed on your device by the fix4d platform to facilitate session management, fraud prevention, and analytics.
• "Third-Party Processor" means any external organisation that processes Personal Data on fix4d's behalf under a data processing agreement, including payment providers such as BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• "Retention Period" means the duration for which fix4d stores a specific category of Personal Data before secure deletion or anonymisation.

fix4d acts as the data controller for all Personal Data collected through the fix4d platform. As data controller, fix4d determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with the applicable data protection standards of its licensing jurisdiction and with the internationally recognised principles of data privacy, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, integrity, and confidentiality.

Where fix4d engages Third-Party Processors to carry out specific processing activities on its behalf — for example, payment processing, fraud detection, or customer support platform hosting — those processors act under documented contractual instructions and are prohibited from using your Personal Data for any purpose other than the specific service they provide to fix4d.

fix4d collects the following categories of Personal Data from Players, depending on the services accessed and the stage of the account lifecycle:

fix4d does not collect or store full payment card numbers. All card-based transactions, where applicable, are handled exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors, and fix4d receives only a tokenised reference.

fix4d collects Personal Data through the following channels:

• Directly from you: when you complete the fix4d registration form, upload KYC documents, submit a deposit or withdrawal request, or contact our support team via live chat or email.
• Automatically through the platform: via server logs and cookies that record your IP address, device identifiers, session duration, pages visited, and in-platform navigation behaviour each time you access fix4d.club.
• From payment processors: when you initiate a transaction, the relevant payment provider (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) confirms the transaction status and, where necessary for fraud screening, shares limited transaction metadata with fix4d.
• From identity verification services: where fix4d uses a third-party KYC verification engine to cross-reference the identity documents you submit, that service may return a verification result and a confidence score to fix4d without retaining your raw document images beyond the verification window.
• From fraud detection systems: automated risk-scoring tools that analyse Device & Technical Data, Gaming Activity Data, and Financial Data to detect unusual patterns indicative of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or multi-accounting.

fix4d processes your Personal Data only where a clear lawful basis exists. The table below sets out the primary purposes for which your data is processed and the corresponding legal basis in each case:

Where processing is based on your consent (for example, for marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your preferences in Account Settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.

fix4d does not sell your Personal Data. We share data only in the following circumstances and only to the minimum extent required for the specific purpose:

• Payment processors: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja receive only the transaction data necessary to execute a deposit or withdrawal on your behalf (account name, account number, transaction amount in IDR).
• KYC and fraud-screening providers: third-party identity verification and risk-scoring services receive a copy of your KYC documents and device data solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and detecting fraudulent activity. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
• Game content providers: studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe may receive a pseudonymised player identifier and wager data to facilitate game round integrity and return-to-player auditing. No directly identifiable personal data (name, email, bank account) is shared with game studios.
• Regulatory and law-enforcement authorities: fix4d will disclose Personal Data to competent regulatory bodies, law-enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction when required to do so by applicable law, court order, or its regulatory obligations — including anti-money-laundering reporting obligations.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of fix4d's assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided that the acquiring entity assumes equivalent data protection obligations. You will be notified of any such transfer via your registered email address no fewer than 30 days in advance.

fix4d is an internationally operated platform, and some of the Third-Party Processors we engage — including cloud infrastructure providers and game studios — may be located in, or may process data in, jurisdictions outside Indonesia. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, fix4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

• Contractual clauses between fix4d and the receiving entity that impose equivalent data protection obligations to those applicable in fix4d's licensing jurisdiction.
• Transfers only to entities operating in jurisdictions that maintain an adequate level of data protection as recognised by internationally accepted frameworks.
• Use of certified cloud service providers that operate under recognised security compliance programmes (such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II).

fix4d will not transfer your Personal Data internationally where no adequate safeguards can be confirmed for the proposed transfer. If you wish to obtain details of the specific safeguards in place for any international transfer involving your data, you may request this information by contacting our support team.

fix4d retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable regulatory obligations. The following retention periods apply:

On expiry of the applicable Retention Period, Personal Data is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any identifiable individual. Anonymised aggregated data (such as platform-wide statistical analytics) may be retained indefinitely as it no longer constitutes Personal Data.

fix4d uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the fix4d.club website. Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. They enable the platform to recognise you between sessions, maintain your login state, and collect usage data to improve platform performance.

9.1 Types of Cookies Used by fix4d

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are required for the platform to function. They manage your login session, maintain your Wallet state during a session, and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
• Performance & Analytics Cookies: These collect anonymised data about how players navigate fix4d — which pages are visited most, session duration, and error events. This data is used exclusively to improve platform stability and user experience. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
• Fraud Detection Cookies: These cookies collect device fingerprint data (browser type, screen resolution, installed fonts, timezone) to detect anomalous login patterns, multi-accounting attempts, and bot activity. They are a core component of fix4d's security infrastructure.
• Preference Cookies: These store your language and display preferences so that the platform can present a consistent experience on your return. They do not collect Personal Data.

9.2 What fix4d Does Not Use

fix4d does not deploy third-party behavioural advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any cookie that tracks your browsing activity outside of fix4d.club. You will not receive targeted advertisements from fix4d on third-party websites as a result of cookies set on our platform.

9.3 Managing Cookies

You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using core platform features. Disabling performance or preference cookies will not affect your ability to place bets or make transactions, but may result in a degraded experience. Your browser's help documentation provides guidance on cookie management for your specific browser version.

fix4d implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3): All data in transit between your browser or app and fix4d servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the current industry standard for web security.
• AES-256 Encryption at Rest: KYC documents, financial records, and other sensitive data categories are stored in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption on fix4d's servers.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Players are encouraged to enable MFA on their fix4d accounts. Internal fix4d staff with access to production systems are required to use MFA at all times.
• Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC): Access to player Personal Data within fix4d's internal systems is strictly limited to staff whose role requires that access. Customer support agents, for example, can view account details necessary to resolve your query but cannot access raw KYC document images unless specifically authorised for that purpose.
• Regular Penetration Testing: fix4d engages independent third-party security firms to conduct regular penetration testing of its platform infrastructure and web application security.
• Incident Response Plan: fix4d maintains a documented data breach incident response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, fix4d will notify affected players via their registered email address within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, consistent with best-practice breach notification standards.

As a player on the fix4d platform, you hold the following rights in respect of your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, contact fix4d support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). fix4d will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 60 days with prior notification.

• Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of all Personal Data that fix4d holds about you, together with information about how it is processed. fix4d will provide this in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) on request.
• Right to Rectification: If any Personal Data fix4d holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Minor corrections (such as updating a phone number) may be made directly within Account Settings. Corrections to identity data require re-verification of supporting documents.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and no overriding legal obligation requires continued retention. Note that fix4d is legally required to retain certain data categories (Identity Data, Financial Data) for a minimum of five years following account closure under AML regulations; such data cannot be deleted ahead of this mandatory Retention Period.
• Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that fix4d restricts processing of your data to storage only, pending resolution of a dispute about the accuracy of the data or the legal basis for processing it.
• Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on performance of contract, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a portable format and to request that fix4d transmit it directly to another data controller where technically feasible.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object at any time to processing based on fix4d's legitimate interests, including profiling for fraud detection purposes. fix4d will cease such processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (for example, marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without penalty via Account Settings or by contacting support.

fix4d is an adult-only gambling platform. Access to the fix4d platform is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21. fix4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 21. All accounts are subject to age verification at registration, and accounts flagged as potentially belonging to underage individuals are suspended pending KYC review.

If you believe that fix4d has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 21, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Upon confirmation, fix4d will delete all data associated with the underage account, close the account, and — where applicable — report the matter to relevant authorities consistent with its regulatory obligations.

The fix4d platform may contain references to third-party services — for example, game studios such as Pragmatic Play or Evolution Gaming — whose own privacy policies govern the data they collect independently. fix4d is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party operator, and the inclusion of a reference to a third-party service on the fix4d platform does not constitute an endorsement of that third party's data practices.

fix4d does not embed third-party social media widgets, share buttons, or advertising networks on fix4d.club that would allow those third parties to collect your data through the fix4d platform without your knowledge. If in the future any such integration is introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance and registered players will be notified.

fix4d may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, the services we offer, or applicable regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, fix4d will notify registered players via their registered email address no fewer than 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Policy will also be published on this page with a revised Effective Date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the fix4d platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect fix4d's obligations to retain data for mandatory Retention Periods under AML and regulatory requirements as set out in Clause 8.
