In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fix4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the fix4d platform, accessible at https://fix4d.club, and the entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fix4d platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon completing the fix4d registration process.
• "Platform" means the fix4d website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services accessible at fix4d.club.
• "Wallet" means the internal IDR-denominated balance held within your fix4d Account.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play transaction placed using funds in your Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to your Account by fix4d under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, being the process by which fix4d verifies the identity of a Player using government-issued documentation.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the fix4d Platform are denominated.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within your Account settings.

Access to and use of the fix4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fix4d does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place any wager on the Platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. fix4d is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf. Registering or playing on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your Account, is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling, either through fix4d's own self-exclusion programme or through any national or third-party responsible gaming scheme that covers the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.

To access the full range of fix4d services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and slot games — you must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One account per person. Each player may hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fix4d Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fix4d will never request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are logged in is deemed to have been performed by you.
• Inactive accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. fix4d reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant account balances, with prior notification sent to the registered email address.
• Account closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting fix4d support. fix4d may also close or suspend your Account at its discretion if it determines that these Terms have been breached, that your Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or for any other reason consistent with its regulatory obligations.

fix4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. All Players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal, and may be required to complete or repeat verification at any subsequent point at fix4d's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport (Paspor)
• Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM — Surat Izin Mengemudi)

In addition to a primary identity document, fix4d may request:

• Proof of registered address (a utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the mobile banking app confirming account holder name matching the fix4d Account)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document

All financial transactions on the fix4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). fix4d does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which fix4d bears no responsibility.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

fix4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where an alternative method has been approved by fix4d support for a specific account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification. fix4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the account holder name on the receiving bank or e-wallet must match the name on the fix4d Account exactly.
• fix4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to banking system maintenance, public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Nyepi, or fraud review — processing may take up to 24 hours.
• fix4d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or a dispute relating to the relevant funds.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

fix4d operates exclusively in IDR. There are no currency conversion charges. Players depositing from Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets denominated in IDR will not incur any foreign exchange spread or conversion fee at the platform level.

fix4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the AFF Cup, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the multiple by which the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly at the point of offer. If no wagering requirement is stated, a default of 10x the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering contribution. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements: sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; togel wagers contribute 50%. fix4d reserves the right to update contribution rates with seven days' prior notice.
• Bonus expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your Wallet without compensation.
• One bonus at a time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the original bonus and any associated pending wagering requirement.
• Bonus abuse. fix4d employs fraud detection systems to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

All wagers placed on the fix4d Platform — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, togel markets, Keno, slot games, or any other product — are subject to the product-specific rules published within each game or market interface. The following general betting conditions apply across all products:

• Finality of bets. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the fix4d system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player, except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is offered and activated within the applicable time window.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Each game, market, and betting product carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. fix4d reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where it determines this is necessary to manage risk exposure.
• Errors and malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrectly quoted odds price or payout, fix4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Wallet. fix4d shall have no further liability in respect of such void bets.
• Live betting. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during a live event. Bets placed prior to a suspension will stand. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets. For combination bets, all legs must be settled for the overall bet to be paid out. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg. fix4d's specific mix parlay rules, including minimum odds requirements per leg, are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fix4d Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person to open an Account in your name
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from fix4d
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information in relation to any sporting event
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Charging back a deposit made via bank transfer or e-wallet after having used the corresponding funds for wagering
• Attempting to access other players' Accounts or to compromise the security of the fix4d Platform

All content on the fix4d Platform — including but not limited to the fix4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, software, game assets, odds data, promotional graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of fix4d or its licensed third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express prior written consent from fix4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fix4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the net deposit balance held in your Account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurs.

fix4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, banking system failures, or cyberattacks beyond fix4d's reasonable control
• Losses caused by delays, errors, or failures on the part of third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other processor)
• Interruptions to game or platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional content

Nothing in these Terms limits fix4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

fix4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fix4d will notify registered players via the email address on file no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For minor or clarificatory amendments, fix4d may update these Terms without advance notice, updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page accordingly.

Your continued use of the fix4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via the support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by fix4d's licensing jurisdiction. fix4d operates as a Licensed and Regulated Internationally platform and complies with the anti-money-laundering, KYC, and responsible gaming standards of its regulatory authority.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fix4d's internal complaints process (see Clause 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by fix4d's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
